Today's guest is Lois Hollis now age 79 she is still on the move! Shameguilt Educator, Counselor, Filmmaker, and Author. Lois volunteered as a nurse’s aide at the age of 12 yrs. Her desire to understand and heal the body and mind continues today at 79 years. Today Lois teaches us how to stop feeling guilty and shameful by releasing the shame guilt from ourselves and how to avoid shame guilt from others. This stems from a childhood of family abuse so horrific, she actually did not have memories of her childhood until she was in her 50s.
